As Developer & Platform Evangelism Director (DPE Director), the jobholder will cover the following duties:

• Overall ISV strategy and technical enablement; 
• Broad developer and IT Pro community engagement and satisfaction; 
• Academic technical evangelism and curriculum adoption 
• Adoption of the company’s platform technologies and related market share 
• Winning the enterprise development platform through architects, business decision-makers, and partners 
• Sits on the subsidiary/regional Directorership team (Governance) and other executive Directorership teams (e.g., Citizenship Cabinet). The DPE Director plays a strategic business development role on the subsidiary Directorership team – working closely with the GM on long-term business strategy. 
• Relies on its peers that manage the EPG, Public Sector and SMS&P groups to collaborate with DPE on platform adoption within their sectors. 
• Relies on BMO for collaboration on platform strategy and marketing/programs execution.

• Local Vietnamese;
• 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience;
• Bachelors degree, Master/MBA preferred;
• Require a rare mix of strong business Directorership and technical passion. 
• Require the ability to make strategic business decisions based on market analysis. 
• Must have demonstrated Directorership skills – not only Directoring their immediate work group but also strategic Directorership on difficult business problems. 
• Require a good knowledge of application development technologies and practices. 
• Have been software developers at some point in their careers. 
• Have significant marketing skills and experience as well as experience working with enterprise companies. 
• Have deep knowledge of how to engage with, and impact, broad communities (e.g., broad developer and IT Pro communities).
