Sales - Executive Management - Expat

• Having complete accountability for area performance and particularly, for reaching agreed budget targets and other priority objectives for the product line 
• Directing all project sales and marketing operations within the company’s strategies, policies
• Responsible for the overall sales and marketing development of project, e.g. sales growth, market share, etc. and profitability measured by agreed parameters and in accordance with annual budget
• Developing, maintaining, implementing up-to-date sales procedures and sales programs aimed at achieving improvement of sales performance and profitability objectives 
• Managing to obtain the optimum use of all resources available to the business, and minimize cost
• Planning, preparing and conducting product and company promotion working together with related departments
• Providing liaison between project Sales,Operations, Finance and Administration to achieve company objectives within the Matrix Management System 
• Reporting activities under his responsibility to General Director and Regional Director Vietnam on a monthly basis
• Responsible for approving sales team monthly expenses within approved budgets and limits.
• Other duties which might be assigned by supervisor

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

• Education: University degree in related field
• Working Experience: 05 years successful experience in a sales management role
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: having knowledge in ISO 9000 system, excellent presentation skills, experience in the Construction Chemicals industry
• Vietnamese, Returnees, or Expat who must have experience in Vietnam Market .University degree
