Job Description
• Overview and preparation: compensation and job evaluation
• Compensation: benefit implications, compensation policies, specifics of the revised package, costing, proposal development, specific market matching/market data preparation for launch and/or pay review
• Job evaluation: initial assessment of placing of roles within the new structure, detailed evaluations and placing of roles within the new structure
• Preparation of communication
• Post implementation review
Job Requirements
Years of experience:  5 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

• University degree in finance, economics or another relevant subject subject (MBA degree would be an advantage)
• Five years experience in Human Resources with preferably a wide knowledge of job evaluation, compensation & benefit management, local labour laws;
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English and computer skills
