Banking/Invest

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of import letter of credit, import bill, shipping guarantee, import loan, customer liability for acceptance, export letter of credit advising, letter of credit confirmation; export bill negotiation/collection/discounting; pre-export financing; inward/outward collection; documents against payment; documents against acceptance; cash against document; and all kind of bank guarantee: payment guarantee, bid bond; performance bond; credit guarantee; import tax/duty guarantee and advance payment guarantee.
• Pre-processing and scan mentioned trade transactions instruction and required documents to PPC for processing.
• Receive/deliver documents (Guarantee, import bill, export bill, L/C’s) from /to customers via counter or fax machine.
• Perform signature verification.
• Perform call back to confirm the instructions from customer (for payment instructions, L/C & guarantee opening/ amendment)
• Fax and confirm with customer document arrival notice, export L/C , Import L/C and other documents to customers
• Providing technical supports to all clients 
• Inform customers the arrival of export L/C , Export proceeds .
• Manually prepare cover letters for Export L/C advice
• Generate report daily to PPC for audit tracking
• Communicate with PPC via email/phone for daily transactions and enquires
• Advise RM, RA for import loan/pre-export financing maturity on bi-week and daily basic for follow-up fund
• DCFC/PCFC performance
• Advise CSR for base opening for LC advising
• Perform export L/C advising commission, adjustment entries.
• Provide leadership in the identifications, development,implementation, and review of productivity projects that will result in cost effectiveness and savings.
• CAD processing.

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- University degree
- Fluently in English (speaking and writing)
- Have experience in the relevant position
