a. Well conversant with mortgage business and documentation
b. Understanding of legalities related to mortgage business
c. Knowledge of other unsecured products is an added advantage
d. Should be well aware of the local law firms, such that, incase of any need arising for alternate law firms, we can get them on board
e. Maintain a personal workflow record
f. Review documents pending report on a regular basis

Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

a. Qualifications: university graduate
b. Experience: 5-6 years of work experience. At least 3 to 4 years in mortgage business , either in credit admin or underwriting unit
c. special attributes: 
- Good understanding of the local laws relating to Mortgages
- Good problem solving ability
- Legal background is an added advantage
