Banking/Invest - Accounting/Finance

• Establishing employee’s learning development plan solutions to ensure the suitability and effectiveness of programmes in accordance with identified training needs and business requirements.
• Developing the employee development programmes to support the business growth which including Management Associate Programmes, Talent management programmes…
• Managing the development and performance of the delegates throughout the programme period.
• Consulting with the training managers and learning and developing manager for developing learning activities, programmes, courses to ensure that the managers and supervisors capabilities are developed to their potential.

Years of experience:  2 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

• University degree in finance, economics or another relevant subject. Master degree would be an advantage 
• Five years experience in employee programme development or project management.
• Five years experience in Human Resources and/or training/ consultant area
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong interpersonal and high profile communication skills. 
• Excellent command of English and computer skills
