Banking/Invest - Accounting/Finance

Reporting to Financial Controller and Chief Operating Officer, the job holder’s key accountabilities are:-

- Safeguard bank from potential losses and ensure integrity of GM transactions P&L.
- Build a GM support team who can absorb the rapid growth/changes in GM activities. 
- Support GM New Product Initiatives.
- Maintain and implement the company Internal Control Standards 
- Ensure effective, timely and quality reporting of GM activity to Group Head Office and AMH TFC/HTR and Local Regulatory Functions.
- Maintain system integrity and contribute to the development and implementation of Group systems, procedures and controls.
- Maintain and enhance operational effectiveness, monitor work flow, controls efficiency, accuracy

Years of experience:  2 year(s) 
Minimum career level:  Manager 
Minimum education level:  Bachelors 

- University degree preferably in Finance, Economics or another relevant discipline,
- Knowledge of treasury products, operations, risks and accounting, and of International Reporting Standards.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in managing and driving a Global Markets Services Team with preferable experience in Treasury Finance.
- Very good system aptitude demonstrated in previous jobs; Good knowledge of the company systems such as TREATS and HUB is preferred.
- Hands on Management approach 
- Good Interpersonal Skills with ability to work closely with functions in the bank and with regional management.
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate people
