Banking/Invest - Accounting/Finance

• Contribute to the overall evaluation & execution of prospective investment opportunities: source deals and explore strategic partnerships
• Oversee due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and development of investment proposals
• Present proposals to investment committee to obtain approval
• Supervise investment transactions & post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies: managing and coordinating with all involved parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of required deliverables, serving as primary liaison to prospective clients / portfolio companies and related service providers (i.e., external auditors, legal counsel, etc.)
• Support firm management, as necessary, in the daily operations of the Company, prepare quarterly Investor Report, including calculation of VOF net asset value
• Provide general oversight and career development for Associates and Analysts

• University Degree 
• Preference given to candidates with MBA degree and/or CFA/ACCA
• Minimum 4-5 years work experience in accounting / audit, financial and strategic planning, business development, or investment banking, deal structuring, or general management & operations experience 
• Should have project management experience and managerial responsibility
• Preference given to candidates with strong finance / investment background 
• Financial, business / strategic analysis
• Investment appraisal and valuation
• Local market knowledge and experience
• Project management and communication
• Due diligence, negotiations, & deal structuring 
• Ability to conduct / facilitate team meetings, prepare and deliver presentation 
• Staff supervision, development, and team building
• Client / investor/ authority relationship management
• Oral and written English and Vietnamese fluency
