Banking/Invest - Accounting/Finance

• Identify & evaluate private equity investment opportunities
• Conduct due diligence, build valuation models, and develop investment presentations for internal discussion and review
• Act as project manager of investment transactions and post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies: coordinating with legal, accounting, and securities teams, supervising project team to ensure accurate and timely completion of required deliverables, serving as day-to-day liaison and advisor to investment candidates and assigned portfolio companies
• Support senior professional staff, as necessary, in the daily operations of the Company
• Provide general oversight and manage career development for Analysts

• University Degree 
• 3 years work experience in accounting / audit, financial and strategic planning, business development, or investment banking, deal structuring, research analysis, or general management & operations 
• Preference given to candidates with strong analytical background
• Financial, business / strategic analysis
• Investment appraisal and valuation
• Project management and communication
• Due diligence, negotiations, & deal structuring 
• Ability to conduct / facilitate team meetings, prepare and deliver presentation 
• Client / investor relationship management
• Oral and written English and Vietnamese fluency
