Banking/Invest

- Ensures positive public perception of the Bank by extending a courteous greeting and welcome to customers and visitors by providing accurate and timely customer service

- Prepares accounting registration of daily activities of the department

- Promotes bank products to customers over the counter

* Receive cash (USD / VND) deposit by customers. 

* Receive foreign checks / travelers checks / world links deposit to customer's a/c.

* Encash house checks, withdrawal slips, foreign checks, traveler's checks. 

* Handle incoming fund transfer from overseas in favor of non-account holder (PUPID).

* Purchase of USD cash (cash exchange from USD to VND) and sale of USD vs. VND 

* Sale of traveler's checks. Remit fund to AMEX.

* Refund of travelers checks 

* Issuance of world link drafts. Remit fund to Buffalo.

* Teller cash exchange. 

* End of Day procedure. Reconcile cash account daily.

* Handle house check clearing. Internal Funds Transfer Processing.

* Handle cash deposit and withdrawal from State Bank / other banks.

* Handle ATM operation.

* Send foreign checks and travelers checks for collection.

* Handle local bank check for collection

* Booking data entries for FINCON, and CUSTOMER SERVICES

* Informing treasury of buying/selling over USD10,000 transactions by phone. Reporting lump sum amount of buying/selling/converting USD to Treasury by EOD.

* Prepare cash volume report and USD cash movement report on 1st business day of the month. 

* Arranging USD cash withdrawals with other banks.

* Perform DCFC signing at end of day.

* Perform compliance checking including but not limited to sanction screen, public figure checking, and local FX control regulation that applicable to products/services.

* Perform custodian (joint with Cash Officer) for vault supply of Cash and Valuables

- University degree

- At least 2 years experience in a similar position

- Good command of English and MS Office

- Dynamic, hard working and responsible

- Customer oriented and with professional looking
